Since its inception, Lesedi Africa Foundation has been dedicated to ensuring the best possible future for Africa’s youth through the promotion of a risk avoidance message regarding five unhealthy risk behaviors: drugs, alcohol, sex, violence and tobacco. Data substantiates unquestionable linkages between these health- compromising behaviors and further confirms that the earlier the age of involvement, the greater and longer term their risk.

We promote optimal health and bright futures for all young people, Lesedi Africa Foundation  advocates a comprehensive approach for avoiding all of these behaviors, and believes that if parents, schools, and communities empower youth with consistent health messages, young people are capable of good decision-making. Research confirms that the majority of today’s adolescents are making healthy choices.

Talking Together work in schools and privately,  helping young adults navigate their way to their goals;  but also at the same time, helping them to overcome and work through obstacles in their own  life journey.

We'll use creative coaching methods  like vision boards, exercises, clay, journalling, video clips,  everyday  objects, cards and useful tips to help you in your day to day life.

We are in no way in parent/therapist or teacher mode. It's your process, at your pace...

We just provide the structure to help guide you. I also respect your privacy and confidentiality as we need to be able to work in a safe, trusted environment.
