Who We Are
Lesedi Africa Foundation and Talking Together is dedicated to ensuring the best possible future for Africa’s youth through the promotion of a risk avoidance message regarding five unhealthy risk behaviors: drugs, alcohol, sex, violence and tobacco.

We promote optimal health and bright futures for all young people, Lesedi Africa Foundation advocates a comprehensive approach for avoiding all of these behaviors, and believes that if parents, schools, and communities empower youth with consistent health messages, young people are capable of good decision-making.

TALKING TOGETHER: Teen/High School Lifeskills Workshops Guides our youth in making informed choices regarding their future. TOPICS INCLUDE: • Relationship with self/family/others/the environment/society • Self esteem/values/choices • Sexual health/risky behaviour = consequences • Substance abuse • Roleplays and exercises • Workbook
Young people should be at the forefront of global change and innovation. Empowered, they can be key agents for development and peace. If, however, they are left on society's margins, all of us will be impoverished. Let us ensure that all young people have every opportunity to participate fully in the lives of their societies
